For the past few years both Veronica and Claire have been full time carers for their partners who suffer from both Parkinsons and Dementia. In mid 2025, Veronica's partner Keith was taken into residential care, as he was no longer deemed safe to stay at home. Veronica was so sad, and Claire approached her to ask if she could do anything to help. 'Yes' responded Veronica 'I want to play the guitar with you'. As a result of that conversation Veronica and Claire formed a singing duo, and they have been meeting every week to make music together. They now offer their performances to Care Homes and Day Centres. After over a year of rehearsing, they have now been joined by Viola player Shaney and have formed a trio. Repeat bookings at care homes and similiar venues are growing rapidly.
